Educational Aim:
The aim of this module is to update information regarding policies relating to people with disabilities in the South African context. Practitioners will have a clear understanding of what helps people with disabilities succeed in the world of work.

People with disabilities can be very successful in the workplace.  Education and training should be appropriate and people’s unique abilities should be recognised and acknowledged. Furthermore, it is important for potential employers to learn more about the needs of people with disabilities.
