The aim of this article to look at the changes that need to be made by professionals working with patients who has conditions in their head and neck area.

Editor's comments:
Audiologist may work in the same rooms as Otolaryngologist. They may be called upon to do tests and must be sure to take the appropriate precautions even for  a simple otoscopic examinations. Equipment must be sterilised between patients.
