Decentralising paediatric hearing screening services

This study compared a centralised tertiary model of hearing healthcare to a decentralised model through district hearing screening for children in the Western Cape Province of South Africa.

The aim of this article was to compare a centralised tertiary model of hearing healthcare to a decentralised model by providing district hearing screening for children in a low-resourced setting.
