This review looks at the importance of clinical diagnosis and intervention strategies to improve quality of life of patients suffering from diabetic foot. Further this review looks at the importance of implementing intervention strategies to assure the optimal effectiveness clinical care and healthcare providers referral system/dynamics to inform such patients of the risk factors and prevention strategies.

The aim of this article is to present and discuss the importance of multidisciplinary referral network of the treatment and prevention of diabetic foot in diabetic patients.

3. To understand the pathophysiology of Charcot foot/diabetic foot.
