Educational Aim:

The aim of this article is to look at the benefits and limitations of telehealth, as well as the differences in perceptions between clinicians and patients.

Editor's comments:

As more health professionals offer telehealth services, it is important to be aware of the differences in perceptions between practitioners and clients in the delivery of telehealth. The perceptions differ on a variety of issues  and  examples that are highlighted (e.g. practitioner may not consider letting a pet out to be ethical dilemma, but a patient may feel that was an infringement of their billable time).
