To predict optimal doses of five β-lactam antibiotics for various KRT regimens

Educational Outcomes:

Upon completion of this module practitioners should have a clear understanding of:

1. Various KRT regimens and its effect on five β-lactam antibiotics 

2. Understand the antibiotic doses & therapeutic targets for various KRT combinations. 

3. Aggressive PD targets in some of the drugs would result in plasma drug concentrations exceeding safety thresholds, thereby increasing the risk of neurotoxicity.
